Return & Refund Policy

At Dev Foam & Furnishing, we are committed to providing high-quality home furnishing products and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product:
- Is unused and in its original condition.
- Is returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order curtains
- Customized sofas and mattresses
- Wallpapers after delivery or installation
- Cut fabrics or customized furnishing materials
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (unless received damaged)
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order Number
- Product photographs
- Images of the damaged packaging (if applicable)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Exchanges are applicable only for products received damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged product, or incorrect item delivered, Dev Foam & Furnishing will arrange the return pickup or reimburse applicable return shipping charges.
For returns requested due to personal preference or change of mind, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
